Bridging France and Korea through Cybersecurity Innovation
The French Korea Cyber Alliance (FKCA) was created in 2024 as a French non-profit association under the 1901 Law in Saint-Raphaël, France. Its core activities are based in France, and Seoul, South Korea.
Mission & Purpose
We aim to create a strong bilateral cooperation in cybersecurity and associated technology like, artificial intelligence, quantum technologies, and connectivity.
- – Supporting collaborations between governmental, private, and institutional stakeholders from France and Korea by fostering knowledge sharing, research, and joint initiatives.
- – Organizing and participating in events, conferences, and training programs to promote French excellence both in Korea and internationally.
- – Developing high-value educational projects such as summer schools, internships, continuous training programs, and learning expeditions, benefiting students, professionals, and researchers from both countries.

Our President: Julien Provenzano
President
Julien Provenzano is a seasoned cybersecurity expert with over 19 years of experience in system administration, IT architecture, and cybersecurity consulting. He is certified in ISO 27001 and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and has led numerous projects in sectors such as finance, luxury, telecommunications, and defense.
As the co-founder and CEO of RALFKAIROS, Julien has been pivotal in delivering pentests, audits, and consulting services to clients across Korea and Europe. Additionally, he founded Purple Hackademy, a platform dedicated to cybersecurity training for SMEs, which was recognized at the G20 Digital Innovation Alliance in India.
Julien also serves as:
- Pôle d’Excellence Cyber representative for Korea, supporting international cybersecurity initiatives.
- Mentor at KITRI’s ‘Best of the Best’ program, fostering Korean cybersecurity startups.
- Counselor (elected) for French citizens in South Korea and Taiwan
Notable achievements include moderating the EU-ROK High-Level Conference on Cybersecurity, organizing the FICCA cybersecurity congress in Asia, and building innovative training programs for industry professionals.

With a distinguished career as a former defense attaché in Korea and extensive experience in diplomatic and institutional relations, Alain leverages his deep understanding of France-Korea dynamics. He plays a pivotal role in connecting stakeholders, fostering academic and industrial partnerships, and preparing for landmark events like the 140th anniversary of France-Korea relations in 2026.

Khairul Azam Ahmad – Board of Advisors
President
Khairul Azam Ahmad is a cybersecurity strategist and regional advisor with over 25 years of experience spanning national security, offensive security, and digital risk management. He previously served as a law enforcement officer in the field of technology, and as a civil servant in a government ministry.. His career bridges technical depth and strategic foresight — from leading red teaming and breach & attack simulation (BAS) exercises for central banks and government enforcement agencies across ASEAN, to advising on institutional cyber posture improvements. He has worked alongside cyber defense units within military and law enforcement agencies, contributing to simulation-based threat validation and scenario modeling for national resilience planning.
Azam’s work has consistently centered on empowering decision-makers — including Ministers, CEOs, and non-technical stakeholders — with actionable intelligence. As an advocate for proactive cybersecurity, he has played a key role in securing government service licenses, closing strategic security deals with national agencies, and mentoring regional cyber talents in simulation-based testing and cyber resilience practices. His recent research includes frameworks for counter-cyber terrorism and the design of national cyber readiness baselines.
Driven by the belief that cybersecurity is not just a technical issue but a societal one, Azam sees his mission as protecting the digital future for the next generation. He brings to FKCA his unique perspective as both a practitioner and a policy-shaper — committed to fostering ethical innovation, international collaboration, and resilience in the face of evolving digital threats.
